On January 20, 2006, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed a Judgment Affirming the Partially Probated Suspension in the appeal of Houston attorney Bartholomew C. Okonkwo 48, SBOT Card No. 15241600 issued by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 4B3 grievance committee in Case No. H0040315337 on February 16, 2005. Okonkwo remains on probated suspension until September 23, 2006.
