On July 26, 2010, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the judgment of disbarment of Bedford attorney Joan Myers, 66, State Bar of Texas Card No. 14761600, signed by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 07A-1 grievance committee in Case No. D0040731875 on June 1, 2009. Ms. Myers appealed this decision to the Supreme Court of Texas cause number 10-0608. The Supreme Court affirmed the decision of the Board of Disciplinary Appeals on February 25, 2011.
