LAUREN CANNON LARUE v. Comm'n for Lawyer Discipline

On July 2, 2010, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals dismissed for want of prosecution the appeal of Dallas attorney Lauren Cannon Larue, 51, State Bar of Texas Card No. 11960730, from a judgment of disbarment signed by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 6C1 grievance committee in Case No. D0110733512 on October 13, 2009. The Board found that Larue did not file the reporter’s record or a brief. The Board issued an Order to Show Cause to Larue on February 26, 2010, giving her 30 days to respond and show cause as to why the appeal should not be dismissed for want of prosecution. Larue did not respond.
