Guillermo Vega Jr., State Bar of Texas card # 20533700 pled guilty to Failure to file a Report of Cash Payments over $10,000 received in a Trade or Business in violation of Title 31, United States Code, Sections 5331 and 5322.  Respondent was sentenced on or about October 24, 2019 to 13 months imprisonment and ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $100,000, and restitution in the amount of $126,253.United States of America v.
