In the matter of William A. Cohn

Pursuant to Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure (“TRDP”) Part IX, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the State Bar of Texas filed a Petition for Reciprocal Discipline against Respondent William A. Cohn on June 9, 2020. The Petition states that on or about October 22, 2019, the Supreme Court of Tennessee at Nashville entered an Order of Enforcement, ordering public censure of Respondent, in File No. M2019-01855-BARBP, BOPR No. 2018-2875-9-AJ, In Re: William Allan Cohn, BPR #005873, An Attorney Licensed to Practice Law in Tennessee (Shelby County).  BODA Case # 64478
