Mr. Lassen was suspended from the practice of law for two years by the Supreme Court of Arizona on or about March 13, 2014 in In the Matter of a Member of the State Bar of Arizona, Gary L. Lassen, Bar No. 005259, Respondent, Arizona Supreme Court No. SB-14-0012-AP, Office of the Presiding Disciplinary Judge No. PDJ20139068 for violating his duties and obligations as a lawyer. He is suspended from the practice of law in Texas for 18 months, beginning February 3, 2015. Although cited to appear, Mr. Lassen did not answer or appear. BODA cause number 55413.
