In re Lee Alexander Magness

On January 27, 2009, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals signed an Interlocutory Order of Suspension against Mr. Magness suspending him from the practice of law while his conviction for misapplication of fiduciary property was appealed. On March 10, 2011, the First District Court of Appeals issued its mandate affirming the conviction.
