On August 28, 2002, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals reversed the Revised Judgment of Partially-Probated Suspension signed on July 29, 2000 by the evidentiary panel of the State Bar of Texas District 4J grievance committee against Houston attorney Woodrow Wilson Miller, 49, SBOT Card No. 14125500. The matter is remanded to the evidentiary panel for a new hearing in its entirety.
