Pursuant to Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure (“TRDP”) Part IX, the Chief Disciplinary Counsel of the State Bar of Texas filed a Petition for Reciprocal Discipline against Respondent James R. Palmer on June 9, 2020. The Petition states that on or about August 29, 2019, the Supreme Court of Florida entered an Order of disciplinary revocation against Respondent, which is tantamount to disbarment, in Case No. SC19-711, Lower Tribunal No(s): 2019-30,768(09A)(CDR), In Re: Petition for Disciplinary Revocation of James R.
