On April 13, 2005, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals affirmed the agreed judgment of partially probated suspension against Carrollton attorney Thomas S. Nelson, 56, SBOT Card No. 14907500, issued by the Evidentiary Panel for the State Bar of Texas District 06A grievance committee in Case Nos. D0080321816, D0070321329, D0090322006, D0090321975 and D0010410244 after an appeal by the complainant in one of the grievances, Deborah Kay Gillespie. The Board found that Nelson and the Commission for Lawyer Discipline entered into an agreed judgment before the evidentiary hearing took place and that the Appellant, Gillespie, did not demonstrate error in the entry of the agreed judgment.
