In the Matter of Bryce J. Denny

On January 18, 2023, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an Agreed Judgment of Probated Suspension against Shreveport, LA attorney Bryce J. Denny, 64, State Bar of Texas Card No. 05755450.  On October 12, 2022, an Order Per Curium was entered by the Supreme Court of Louisiana in matter styled In Re: Bryce Jefferson Denny, Attorney Disciplinary Proceeding, No. 2022-B-1315, suspending Denny from the practice of law in Louisiana for six months, with the suspension deferred in its entirety, subject to a one-year period of probation.  Denny agreed he violated Louisiana Rules of Professional Conduct 1.3 (Diligence), l.4(a)(2), (3), and (4) (Communication), 3.2 (Expediting Litigation), and 8.4(a) (Violation or attempt to Violate Rules).  He is suspended from the practice of law in Texas for one year with the suspension fully probated, beginning January 18, 2023 and extending through January 17, 2024.  BODA Case No. 67335
