On May 6, 2022, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered a Judgment of Disbarment against Los Angeles, CA attorney Geoffrey C. Mousseau, 61, State Bar of Texas Card No. 14606300.  Although duly cited, Mousseau did not answer or appear at the hearing.  On December 13, 2006, Mousseau was found guilty of Conspiracy to Commit Bankruptcy Fraud, Fraudulent Concealment of Property in Bankruptcy, False Statement in Bankruptcy, False Oath in Bankruptcy, and Withholding Records in Bankruptcy in Cause No. 2:04-CR-01697-GAF, styled United States of America v. Geoffrey C. Mousseau, in the United States District Court Central District of California.  These offenses constitute Intentional Crimes as defined by the Texas Rules of Disciplinary Procedure.  Mousseau was sentenced to prison for a total of 21 months, followed by three years of supervised release.  BODA case no. 65863.
