On November 9, 1993, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals suspended Galveston attorney, JEROME KAHN HOROWITZ, State Bar of Texas Card no. 10011690 from the practice of law during the term of his criminal probation. On May 19, 1993, Horowitz was convicted of the offense of sexual assault in Cause No. 92CR0767, styled The State of Texas v. Jerome Kahn Horowitz, 212th Judicial District Court of Galveston County, Texas and sentenced to a term of ten (10) years probation and was ordered to pay a fine in the amount of $6,800.
