On February 22, 2021, the Board of Disciplinary Appeals entered an Agreed Judgment of Suspension in the reciprocal discipline case against Colorado Springs, CO attorney ROBERT PHILLIP ODLE [#00793172]. On November 7, 2018, an Order was issued by the Supreme Court of the State of Colorado in the matter styled Complainant: The People of the State of Colorado, Respondent: Robert Phillip Odle, #18091, Case No. 18PDJ066, suspending Odle from the practice of law for six months. That court found Odle to have violated Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct 1.7(a) (conflict of interest), 8.4(a) (violation of or attempt to violate rules), 1.8(j) (sexual relations with a client), and 1.15A(a) (safekeeping and segregation of funds).
