The Supreme Court of Texas appointed Courtney Schmitz of McKinney on June 14, 2022. Ms. Schmitz replaces Cindy Tisdale who resigned from the Board on May 3, 2022 because she was recently elected State Bar of Texas President Elect. We thank Ms. Tisdale for her service on the Board!

The Supreme Court of Texas reappointed Kelli M. Hinson of Dallas, Michael C. Gross of San Antonio, and Nancy J. Stone of Amarillo to the Board of Disciplinary Appeals. On June 29, 2020, the Supreme Court of Texas issued its Eighteenth Emergency Order Regarding the COVID-19 State of Disaster.
